Svenja Schoser

Since August 2024, Svenja Schoser has been contributing her coordination expertise, especially in project management, to the Agility Lab. Svenja Schoser originally comes from the healthcare sector and first encountered agile working methods and frameworks through her part-time master’s studies and additional training to become an OKR coach at the Agility Lab.

Svenja Schoser studied Business Administration with a focus on Health Management at the Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) in Stuttgart. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Management alongside her career. After professional positions in hospital administration and as a personal assistant to the chair and executive board of the German Red Cross, she now looks forward to new challenges in the dynamic university environment and insights gained from using agile tools.
